How to make butter cookies  (Butter Cookies Recipe)


Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and cream the sugar and butter to be light and fluffy. Use an electric beater or whisk for a light, smooth consistency. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract with the butter. Mix well until all are blended well. Sieve the salt and flour and slowly pour in the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix until a soft dough is reached. If the dough has become too dry, add 1-2 tbsp of milk. Roll the dough finally into small balls and flatten slightly. Bake the cookies by placing cookies on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between them. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. When the butter cookies have cooled completely, serve with tea, coffee, or as a sweet treat!

 

Butter Chicken Recipe 

At first, mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and all spices. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight gives the best flavor). Cook the Chicken and make the butter chicken gravy. Then heat butter and oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown, ginger garlic paste, cashew paste and cook until the raw smell disappears. Pour in the tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook for 10–12 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates. Allow the gravy to cool slightly and blend it into a smooth paste and return it to the pan and reheat on low flame. Finally add cooked chicken pieces, cream, garam masala into the gravy. Finish with a dollop of butter for extra richness. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and extra cream on top, and serve hot with naan, roti, or basmati rice.

 

How To Preserve Butter 

If you plan to use butter within 1–2 days, you can store it at room temperature in a butter dish or an airtight container. Try to keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat sources. Use unsalted butter quickly, as it spoils faster than salted butter. Wrap the butter tightly in its original packaging or use an airtight container to prevent absorption of strong odors. Store in the coldest part of the fridge (not the door) to maintain freshness.
